Q: Where are you located and what are the office hours?

Q: What is your routing number?
A: Solutions Federal Credit Union’s routing number is 221381456 for all electronic funds transfers and direct deposits. For wire transfers from other financial institutions, please contact us for more information.

Q: Are my accounts insured?
A: YES. Your accounts are insured up to $250,000 but you can increase coverage based on the account ownership.

Q: How do I apply for a loan?
A: You can come into the office and fill out a loan application, we can mail or fax you an application or you can apply online using our online loan application.

Q: While using my Visa Check card to make purchases do I choose debit or credit at the point of sale?
A: Always choose credit and sign your name for the transaction to avoid the $1.25 debit charge.

Q: What do I do if I lose my Visa Check Card?
A: Contact the credit union immediately to report the card as lost or stolen at 607-734-7144 during regular business hours or at 1-888-241-2510 after hours.

Q: What if I can’t remember my online banking password?
A: Click on the “forgot password” link and a temporary password will be emailed to the email address we have on file. You will then be able to change it.
